Michael is :

• A well known, respected and experienced Family law Practitioner
• Has been practising Family Law for over 30 years
• Has been an Accredited Family Law Specialist since 1989 (the year of the first intake of specialist lawyers in Victoria)
• Has extensive experience in litigating in the Family Court, Federal Magistrates Court, Supreme Court, County Court, Federal Court, VCAT and the Magistrates’ Court.
• Is an experienced litigator and conciliator in Family Law and related disputes and civil disputes
• Has extensive knowledge and experience in related areas including Trust Law, Civil Litigation, Conveyancing and Criminal Law
• Heads a number of lawyers experienced in Family Law and related areas of practice.

Debra Foulkes, Senior Associate

Debra is :

• An experienced and highly qualified lawyer practising predominantly in the area of Family Law and family related disputes including domestic relationship disputes.
• Debra also has experience in Testator's Family Maintenance disputes
• Debra is considered by respected persons within the legal profession as an expert in drafting Affidavits and other court documents. She has experience in complicated children’s and property matters. She adopts a sensitive and pragmatic approach to family breakdowns.
• She is highly qualified, holding not only a Bachelor of Laws Honour Degree from the University of Melbourne but also a Master's Degree in Law from Monash University.
• Debra has practised for more than 15 years in litigation matters which include the Family Court, Federal Magistrates' Court, Supreme Court and County Court jurisdictions.
